The GeniusInvest Tech LLC name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of the Company and may not be used without prior written consent.
Pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, and third-party components used in delivering services remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by their own licenses.
Payment obligations are governed by the specific engagement agreement or statement of work. In general:
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of an engagement. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, technical specifications, financial data, and proprietary processes.
This obligation survives the termination of any engagement for a period of three (3) years, unless a separate non-disclosure agreement specifies a different term.
